Booking information
Visit our spa pages and choose the right package for you, then call our friendly team, Trevor or Sue, to check availability of our fabulous bubbly spas - all our contact details are on the 'contact us' page.

Deposit
We require a £100 booking and security deposit (per spa) to confirm your booking. This will be refunded upon collection, providing there is no damage to the hire equipment.  We accept bank transfer or cash payment for this.  In the event of a cancellation without 48 hours notice, or if full payment has not been received by the date of delivery, we withhold the right to keep the deposit.

Spa rental agreement
A signature for the rental agreement will be required, a copy of which will be provided on the day of your spa installation.

Delivery
Free delivery will apply within an 18 mile radius of Bridport. We are happy to travel any distance, however there will be a £1.50 charge per mile (please contact us for a further quote).  Our location page shows our delivery area and a Google map that can be used to confirm your distance from us.

Installation
Depending on the package you choose we will require between a 2m by 2m and 3m by 3m solid flat surface to safely position your hot tub on, this area needs to be patio, grass or decking.  Please ensure the area is clear of any obstructions to avoid potential damage to the spa.
All our spas are fitted with an RCD for your safety. We will need access to a 240V 13 amp socket and must be provided within a 25 metre range of your spa set up.  If you have an outside power point this must be at least 3.5m away from the spa. Outside water supply is required along with a hose to fill the spa and access to a drain to pump your water out after use.
Depending on what package that you choose, set up will take approximately 1 hour.  However to fill your spa it can take approximately up to 2 hours, depending on water pressure.  We advise our bubble spas are allowed up to 20 hours to reach the desired temperature after the spa has been filled with water.

Hygiene
All spas are also sanitised after every hire and again prior to hire.  We will supply all safe water treatments with the correct amount of sanitiser or chemicals for your hire period.  A full explanation of water management will be given at the time of installation.
Food, drink and any foreign objects not supplied by Harmony Hot Tub Hire are not to be used in the spa due to potential damage to the filter, heater and sanitisation systems.

Drainage
We ask that the spa is drained slowly overnight before collection - you can do this simply using a hose.  We also have a sump pump available for you to use should you wish.  This will be fully explained on the day of delivery.  Please keep all electrical leads in situ.

Gazebo Hire
We reserve the right to cancel gazebo hire if wind conditions are unfavourable. We will only do this if necessary and is in the interest of your safety.

Collection
Upon collection, all hired equipment will be inspected and the deposit returned providing there is no damage.
